Wir sind noch am leben... Wir haben auch ein Beach bar Lenker gekauft. Diese Winter geht er auf mein Drifter

This is proposal for a Spring Rally in April 2012
Jerry & I have plans in place for this as a camping weekend, but if you want to it to a full-blown rally - it’s up to you all !!!
Dates 27th to 30th April 2012

Quoted Tariff – in the rally area
Motorcycle & tent = £5 per person per night
For those arriving on 4 wheels -
Caravan/camper/ tent = £10.00 per night
Caravan/camper/ tent inc Electric hook up = £12.50 per night
Rowlands Wait is Ideally situated, in my opinion – just a mile off the A35 at Bere Regis.
Bere Regis has a large, competitively priced fuel station with shop, a small general store in village and B&Bs and 2 pubs. The campsite is Rally friendly, which is quite unusual in this highly tourist motivated area!
Programme –
Arrive Friday, Rideouts on Saturday & Sunday, depart Monday.
(The idea of 4 days is to get the most out of travelling all the way to Dorset – should anyone wish to stay longer that is no problem with the camp site)
We will set up a hospitality tent and we will also make available on site –
Tea & Coffee - ad-lib
Breakfast of Bacon, Sausage & Rolls Sat, Sun & Mon.
BBQ food for supper Friday night
Hot Food for supper Saturday night
Any veggies or special diets please let us know and we will do our best to cater for you.
We will make a nominal charge to go toward the costs of the food etc.
(For supper on Sunday – this is still to be decided – maybe a pre ordered take away or stop at a suitable pub on the return from the ride)
We also intend to have on site a reasonable stock of Beer, Larger, Cider, Wine & Soft drinks, which will all be obtained on your behalf.
We have sketched out two full day ride outs, visiting many of our local places of interest all interspersed with suitable coffee, photo, snack, fag & loo stops.
To wet your appetite we intend to see –
Miles of Dorset’s Beautiful Jurassic coast from West Bay to Swanage including
Weymouth., Portland Bill & Swanage
We will also see the Dorset countryside inland such as Corfe Castle, Milton Abbas and Hampshire highlights such as the New Forest including Burley & Lymington
Sammy Millers motorcycle Museum is in this area and we could pop in for coffee so those that wanted to have a look around could do so.

We (Marien and I) will be there in April, if everything goes right. We will be leaving home on thursday the 26th, stay in a B&B in Belgium, take the boat or train and drive to Dorset on friday.
